This luxury 14,000 sq. ft. property includes a swimming pool with slide, hot tub, children’s playground area, sauna, theater, and indoor soccer field. The main house includes 7 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 1 half bath. Butch’s Bunkhouse is a separate area right across the driveway from the main house that provides an additional 7 privately-sectioned sleeping quarters. It has 2 toilet areas, 2 shower areas, and a large sink area. Next to the game room you will find another 2 full bathrooms. Combined, the main house and bunkhouse have 14 bedrooms, 9 full baths, 1 half bath and can sleep 56 people! 

Another great feature of the house is the 3,000 sq. ft. grand kitchen area with a magnificent  2-story-high vaulted ceiling. Coupled with multiple televisions, this area provides plenty of room for large family gatherings or professional presentations. Two family rooms which flank the kitchen add to the palatial-feel of the room. Play on the gorgeous grand piano, open the expansive wall of windows to bring the outdoors inside, or look through two walls of windows to watch your kids play indoor soccer while you prepare lunch! Our indoor turf soccer field is 1,500 sq. ft. and includes an indoor volleyball net. Play soccer, volleyball, or a friendly game of dodgeball. A bleacher area is provided for those who would rather watch. Additional game rooms include ping pong, shuffleboard, and a variety of board games. The massive theater room is complete with large, comfy recliners, a large theater screen, and an X-Box. Sit back, put your feet up, and enjoy streaming your favorite movies on the big screen. 

Rather be outside? Enjoy the private lake with a jumping trampoline. Wander down to your private beach area and private access to the Virgin River. We have kayaks, paddle boards, and life vests on site. Bring or rent a tube and enjoy floating down the river. The property also has ATV and bike trails, including access to the Gooseberry Mesa, a world class trail worthy of putting on your bucket list. At the Red Rock Oasis a vast array of activities will keep you active and busy all year round, or you can sit and relax poolside and let the park come to you.
